General Liability Underwriter

Responsabilidades:
  1. Contribuir a la entrega del plan de negocios anual de la unidad de negocio respectiva tomando decisiones adecuadas.
  2. Participar en todas las reuniones relevantes para compartir y desarrollar estrategias, conocimientos y mejores prácticas.
  3. Realizar actividades de suscripción de acuerdo con todos los requisitos legales y regulatorios para garantizar que se cumplan las obligaciones.
  4. Cumplir con los estándares de suscripción, instrucciones y buenas prácticas para minimizar el riesgo y maximizar la eficiencia.
  5. Asegurar el registro y medición de los riesgos de seguros (incluyendo DUA si es relevante) para garantizar la precisión y las buenas prácticas.
  6. Entender y cumplir con cualquier requisito de reaseguro para minimizar riesgos y cumplir con los objetivos del plan de negocios.
  7. Establecer, fortalecer y desarrollar relaciones con las partes interesadas, incluidos clientes, corredores, socios comerciales y colegas, para maximizar la influencia y alcanzar los objetivos del negocio.
  8. Suscribir riesgos de seguros de acuerdo con el plan de negocios y la autoridad de suscripción delegada para cumplir con los objetivos del negocio.
  9. Participar en la revisión y análisis de la cartera para identificar el progreso hacia los objetivos comerciales.
  10. Asegurar que las entradas se registren adecuadamente y de manera oportuna en los sistemas EO para garantizar la precisión de los datos relacionados con: Suscripción; Exposiciones agregadas.
  11. Contribuir a la gestión agregada y procesos de revisión por pares para fomentar y desarrollar la excelencia.
  12. Motivar y guiar a los miembros del equipo para asegurar que el conocimiento y la experiencia relevante se compartan para su desarrollo personal y profesional continuo.
