La persona seleccionada será responsable de establecer y mantener relaciones científicas de alto nivel con médicos especialistas y Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), actuando como enlace científico entre la compañía y la comunidad médica.
Responsabilidades
principalesDesarrollar y mantener relaciones científicas sólidas y duraderas con médicos especialistas y KOLs en Cataluña. Proporcionar información médica y científica precisa, actualizada y equilibrada sobre los productos y áreas terapéuticas de la compañía. Identificar oportunidades de colaboración científica (estudios, proyectos, iniciativas educativas). Recoger insights médicos relevantes del entorno clínico y comunicarlos internamente.
Apoyar actividades médicas como reuniones científicas, advisory boards, congresos y sesiones formativas. Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos internos (Medical, Market Access, Comercial, etc.) asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente.
Requisitos
(H/M/D)Titulación universitaria en Ciencias de la Salud (Medicina, Farmacia, Biología, Biotecnología, Ciencias Biomédicas o similar). Experiencia previa como MSL (al menos 3-5 años) o en posiciones médicas similares. Se valorará especialmente conocimiento o experiencia en el área de respiratorio y/o vacunas . Alta capacidad de comunicación científica y habilidades interpersonales.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y orientada a resultados. Disponibilidad para viajar aproximadamente el 70% del tiempo , principalmente por Cataluña. Nivel alto de español y catalán; inglés científico valorable. Competencias clavePensamiento científico y capacidad analítica.
Orientación a relaciones de largo plazo con stakeholders médicos. Proactividad, organización y planificación. Ética profesional y cumplimiento normativo.
