Job DescriptionA senior role for an experienced Platform Engineer, join our team to work on exciting infrastructure projects and help advance our service offering.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentSupport and guide platform engineering team membersMentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharingPrioritise team tasks and coordinate project activitiesTechnical OwnershipDesign, build, and maintain cloud architectures and SaaS productsContinuously improve operational metrics and system reliabilityDefine and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLO) and Service Level Indicators (SLI)Lead incident response and post-mortem analysisShape product definitions and service offerings for internal and external stakeholdersRequired knowledge, skills, and experienceTechnical SkillsSecurity Operations (SecOps) and security best practicesSite Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practicesInfrastructure as Code (IaC)Cloud-native architecture and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)CI / CD pipelines and automation frameworksDrupal CMS platform management and optimizationCDN / WAF configuration and management (VCL, edge computing)Observability and monitoring (metrics, logging, tracing)Network architecture and troubleshootingLinux system administration and containerization technologiesSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesTeam leadership and mentoring experienceOwnership mindset and proactive approachExcellent communication skills in cross-functional teamsEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higherExperience3+ years as a Platform EngineerOR 5+ years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)What we offerA full-time position with a competitive salary.Employees are encouraged to attend industry events and conferences for networking, learning, and personal growth.Quality time for yourself is a must We care about work / life balance.
