We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies. #We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Wintel Engineer with 12–15 years of expertise in VMware, Wintel, Azure IaaS, Active Directory, automation (Ansible, PowerShell, Python, Bash), and basic knowledge of Pure Storage. ⚙ Architect, deploy, and manage Wintel-based infrastructure across on-premises and Azure cloud environments. Design, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and virtualized workloads. Manage Azure IaaS, including VM provisioning, networking, backup, and monitoring. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and system administration using Ansible, PowerShell, Python, and Bash scripting. Troubleshoot complex Windows Server, VMware, and cloud infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and performance. Work on server hardening, patching, and security policies to maintain a compliant environment. Collaborate with networking, security, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless infrastructure integration. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering best practices in infrastructure management. #16–20 years of experience in Wintel engineering, VMware, and cloud infrastructure. ~ Extensive experience in Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, and GPO management. ~ Strong expertise in VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) and virtualization technologies. ~ Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS, cloud automation, and migration strategies. ~ Proficiency in Ansible, PowerShell, Python, and Bash scripting for automation and configuration management. ~ Certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft Azure Administrator/Architect, or similar are preferred. Experience in hybrid cloud environments integrating on-premises and Azure solutions. Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Load Balancers) in enterprise environments.
