IMPORTANT: TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FORM HERE: OverviewWe're looking for a detail-oriented Paid Social Ad Operations Specialist to join our growing paid media team.Se anima a todos los posibles solicitantes a que se desplacen y lean la descripción completa del puesto antes de presentar su candidatura.You'll work directly with our Director of Paid Social, Ana, to execute and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit for B2B SaaS clients.This role is critical to maintaining our high performance standards as we scale our client portfolio.What You'll DoCampaign Execution & ManagementSet up and launch paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit advertising platformsExecute daily campaign optimizations including budget adjustments, bid modifications, and audience refinementsMonitor campaign performance and proactively identify underperforming ads for pause or optimizationConduct A/B tests on ad creative, copy, targeting, and bidding strategiesImplement technical setups including conversion tracking, pixel installation, and attribution modelingPerformance Monitoring & AnalysisReview daily performance metrics across all active campaigns and flag anomaliesGenerate weekly performance reports with insights and recommendationsTrack key metrics including CTR, CPL, CPC, engagement rates, and pipeline attributionIdentify trends and optimization opportunities through data analysisMaintain performance dashboards and client-facing reportingAudience Development & TargetingBuild and manage custom audiences using first-party data, website visitors, and lookalike segmentsCreate targeted audiences based on job titles, company size, industry, and funnel stageManage retargeting campaigns for different engagement levels and content interactionsOptimize audience targeting based on performance data and client ICP refinementsQuality Assurance & Process ManagementEnsure all campaigns adhere to platform best practices and compliance requirementsMaintain organized campaign naming conventions and
