To strengthen our team which is located at the SAP hub on the seaside of Barcelona, we are looking for a Regional Solution Reference Manager (m/f/d) with focus on SAP HCM. The Customer Reference Team engages SAP customers to share their experiences and inspire others. As SAP shifts to the cloud, the team adapts its approach to scale customer references across the entire lifecycle. What your future business day could look like The HCM Regional Solution Lead owns the EMEA reference strategy and serves as the They develop targeted customer content, support reference recruitment based on regional priorities, and ensure impactful customer engagement at key events. Develop compelling HCM customer content aligned with HCM growth priorities. Amplify and act ivate customer content across SAP’s global and regional channels – including IDPs (Integrated Demand Programs), SAP.com, social media, events, executive communications, and external PR. Recruit customer speakers for key SAP events, analyst engagements, and media opportunities. Collaborate with the global HCM solution lead to stay aligned on global priorities from SAP SuccessFactors stakeholders (i.e., Proven experience in B2B communications, customer marketing, or storytelling – ideally within the tech or SaaS industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to shape clear, compelling narratives tailored to business audiences. Experience working with customers and stakeholders to uncover insights and create impactful reference content or speaker moments. Ability to analyze gaps and align reference strategies to business needs. Proven success operating in a global, virtual, cross-functional environment.
