Position: Experienced Deckhand for a 44m+ modern Sailing Yacht

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with sailing operations and maintenance of the yacht.
  2. Participate in outdoor activities and social events with the crew.

Qualifications:

  1. Extensive sailing experience, particularly in dinghy sailing and racing.
  2. Must hold a Yacht Master Offshore certification.
  3. Additional watersports qualifications (e.g., dinghy sailing, kite surfing) are a significant advantage.

Details:

  1. Start date: ASAP in Palma.
  2. Itinerary: Caribbean in winter, Northern Europe summer 2025, back to Caribbean, and onto the Pacific in 2026.
  3. Opportunity for mentorship to advance to First Mate position within a year.
