As a member of the Pre‑Arrival team, the Pre‑Arrival Concierge plays a key role in managing and supporting Le Collectionist clients before their arrival. He/she will design the best itineraries to ensure an unforgettable on‑site experience. Additionally, with the support of the local team, he/she will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and contracting the best partners that meet Le Collectionist standards.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management and Le Collectionist SupportAssist clients in organising their stay by offering high‑quality services and experiences.Provide quotes for services and experiences.Issue guest itineraries.Ensure smooth information
