Financial Planning Analyst

Your mission Elaborate deviation and profitability analysis (by business unit, channel, geographic areas...) identifying financial improvement areas to increase the profitability of the company. Develop and prepare Business Plan and Forecasts. Identify overperforming and underperforming areas, understanding the reasons, suggesting potential solutions, and evaluating the impact of the issue on financials in the forecast Elaborate key presentations and associated analysis to support Top Management and Board Requirements. Build financial models, KPIs, Dashboards and provide analytical support to business initiatives. Scenario and sensitivity analysis regarding changes in key drivers: revenue, margin, churn, etc. Your profile Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role. Degree in Business Administration and Accounting and/or Law, or related fields. Knowledge of technology companies. Advanced English level (C1). Advanced level in excel, powerpoint and other analytical tools. Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau) and ability to work with databases and knowledge of SQL Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems. Results-oriented with a focus on excellence. Resilience to maintain high performance under pressure. Initiative to propose improvements and innovative solutions. Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in a team. Why us?
