Join us as we shape the future of luxury real estate Main responsibilities In-depth knowledge of Barcelona city, specifically the Les Corts area , in order to list rental properties in target areas. Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with landlords while ensuring company commission policy is in place. Manage client relationships and ensure proactive communication with both landlords and tenants. Deal with allocated clients (tenants) from initial contact until completion and post-completion of the rental deals. Manage the full rental cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for landlords and tenants in order to close deals. Keep our CRM updated with clients’ requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activity. Requirements Strong previous experience in the real estate sector. Specific knowledge of Barcelona’s market, with a strong focus on the Les Corts area . In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts and processes. Advanced level of English and Spanish. Professional, good presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive to achieve top results. Financially and results-oriented and able to work in an international team. Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on person. Outstanding levels of customer service, preferably used to working with demanding national and international clients. Benefits Full-time permanent contract.
