Strong Experience in Cards domain is mandatory.The modality of work is at the client's offices located in Madrid, (100% presential). Which would be the key responsibilities? • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for new features and enhancements on the Vision platform. • Documentation: Create comprehensive and well-structured documentation, including epics, user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, business rules, and process flows. • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project scope, requirements, and priorities. • Solution Design: Partner with development and QA teams to refine requirements, assess technical feasibility, and support the design and implementation of solutions. • Testing and Validation: Assist in the creation of test cases and support the quality assurance process to ensure the delivered solution meets the defined business requirements. • Problem-Solving: Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex business problems. • Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in all phases of the Agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
