GMV is the place for you We are expanding our specialized SOC/CERT teams.We are seeking a Project Manager specialized in SOC/CERT services to lead the comprehensive management of one or more operational cybersecurity projects. This position is set in a high‑criticality environment, focusing on delivering monitoring, detection, and incident response services. The professional will coordinate technical teams, liaise with clients, and oversee service evolution, ensuring SLA compliance and continuous improvement.WHAT CHALLENGES WILL YOU FACE?Managing and coordinating cybersecurity projects focused on SOC/CERT services.Direct client interaction for technical and functional service follow‑up.Supervising daily SOC operations, ensuring quality, SLA/KPI compliance, and continuous improvement.Coordinating the technical team and facilitating task planning.Participating in service definition and evolution: adding new capabilities, updating procedures, automation, etc.Preparing executive and follow‑up reports, managing escalations and critical incident reports.Managing risks, dependencies, and changes associated with cybersecurity services and projects.WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?Experience in managing cybersecurity projects or services (minimum 4–5 years).Functional knowledge of SOC platforms: SIEM, EDR, NDR, SOAR, Threat Intelligence.Solid understanding of incident management and threat lifecycle.Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate technical tasks.Proficiency in tracking and planning tools: Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, etc.Ability to draft technical and executive documentation.WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?Hybrid work model and 8 weeks per year of remote work outside your usual geographic area.Flexible working hours with early finish on Fridays and during summer.Development of a personalized career plan, training, and language learning support.National and international mobility.
