We are looking for a Frontend developer with experience and knowledge around user experience design. You will work with the wider team of designers and developers to implement functional and UX/UI changes and improvements to our platform. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base. This is a remote job, transitioning to hybrid, based in either Barcelona or Malaga (Spain) and requires professional level proficiency in English. This position is for residents in the Barcelona or Malaga areas in Spain . Please refrain from applying if you don't live in those areas. Angular Cloud (AWS) is a plus Responsibilities Work independently on defined requirements and stories Collaborate with the team to improve the implementation velocity and effectiveness Propose functional and technical alternatives and options pertinent to the work at hand Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images Requirements Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Approachable Proven work experience as a frontend web developer Portfolio of implemented projects Familiar with web design Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders Extremely good time-management skills BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field (plus, not requirement) Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Github Projects Location: currently living, or willing to relocate, within commuting distance to Barcelona or Malaga Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
