About the role:
You will be responsible for supervising, motivating, and following up with team members on a daily basis. As a team leader, you will be the contact point for many different departments and countries, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, we believe in Freska that you should lead by setting a good example and engaging the team to achieve goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Be responsible for relevant KPIs and budgets of your team
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Evaluate performance and provide feedback to all team members
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Recruit and onboard new team members
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a team leader
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Must speak and understand Finnish fluently
- Must speak and understand English fluently
