We’re looking for a professional, customer-oriented Receptionist to be the friendly face of our spa and help keep daily operations running smoothly.Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a warm demeanor that reflects the tranquil atmosphere of our spa. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients feel welcomed, valued, and well-cared for from the moment they step through our doors.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist clients with warmth and professionalismManage appointment bookings and scheduling efficientlyHandle phone calls, emails, and client inquiriesProcess payments and maintain accurate recordsProvide information on spa treatments, services, and promotionsEnsure a tidy and welcoming reception areaCoordinate with spa therapists to ensure smooth operationsHandle customer feedback and resolve minor issues professionallyRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service roleFluent in Spanish and conversational in English (additional languages are a plus)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailComfortable with basic computer tasksProfessional appearance and a friendly demeanorAbility to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of spa treatments and wellness services is a plus xiphtebWilling and able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.What We OfferA friendly and professional work environmentCompetitive salary and potential incentivesOpportunities to learn about spa treatments and wellness Generous employee discounts on spa servicesIf you are passionate about customer service and wellness, we would love to hear from you
