About us:Dé el siguiente paso en su carrera profesional ahora: desplácese hacia abajo para leer la descripción completa del puesto y envíe su solicitud.We are Polar Global Group, and alongside our brand Polar Air, are an international company withover 35 years of experience, operating in theHVAC sectoracrossEurope, North America, and Latin America.We are a growing organization, known for ourstrong commitmentto excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.We are looking for people who want to learn and grow in adynamic, collaborative, and multicultural environment, where marketing plays a key role in supporting business growth.The role:We are looking to hire aMarketing Technician (Junior)to strengthen our Marketing team and support day-to-day execution across different channels and international markets.This is ahands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys creating, organising and supporting marketing activities, and who wants to grow professionally in atechnical, B2B and international environment.What you will do:Create, adapt and update content forweb, social media, email marketing and sales materials.Support the management and development ofsocial media channels, includingLinkedIn, TikTok and WhatsApp, publishing and distributing content.Collaborate in the creation ofvisual and video content(short clips, product explanations, basic tutorials).Upload, organise and maintaintechnical documentation and marketing assets.Support thetranslation and localisation of contentfor different markets, ensuring consistency and quality.Support the sales team by creating and updatingpresentations, datasheets and commercial materials.Work closely with different internal teams and, occasionally, with external suppliers.Who we are looking for:We are looking for ajunior profilewith a marketing background and a strong willingness to learn, who feels comfortable working with different formats, channels and markets.You will fit well if you:Enjoy the practical, execution-focused side of marketing.Are organised, reliable and detail-oriented.Are curious, proactive and eager to improve continuously.Adapt well to technical environments and international contexts.Requirements:C1 level of English, spoken and written (essential), French or German is an advantage.Degree or training inMarketing, Communication, Advertisingor a related field.1–2 years of experiencein marketing (experience in B2B, technical or industrial environments will be valued).What we offer:The opportunity to join a growing and stable international company, where your work has real visibility and impact.A hands-on, long-term role with real learning opportunities and room to develop your marketing skills.Close collaboration with the Marketing team and other departments in a supportive and approachable environment. xsgfvud A stable and predictable working schedule that supports work–life balance: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
