Position: SAP EHS Specialist

Location: Vizcaya, hybrid model

Important multinational in the industrial sector located in Bizkaia. The company is strong in the technological area and is making a commitment to digital transformation.


Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Identify EHS processes and map them to SAP EHS functionalities.
  2. Implement, optimize, and support SAP processes for regional and global projects, including but not limited to the EH&S / RM module.
  3. Configure SAP EHS such as Product Safety and stewardship (e.g., SDS), Health and Safety, and Environmental Management (e.g., waste management).
  4. Manage and update relevant EHS regulatory content.
  5. Support business users in SAP Logistics (SD, MM) related questions, requirements, and issues in a team of SAP logistics consultants.
  6. Ensure efficient SAP operations in modules related to sales, procurement, and inventory management.
  7. Govern and manage access to SAP applications and other applications, i.e., SAP access control.
  8. Lead IT initiatives as necessary, ensuring that all changes to existing technologies or additions of innovative technologies comply with ASK's change management policy and procedures.
  9. Troubleshoot ERP-related technical issues and work with appropriate teams to provide solutions.
  10. Create and publish documentation to assist ERP users with requests and provide training.
  11. Ensure the quality of SAP processes through thorough testing in a three-tier system landscape.
  12. Cooperate with/manage external SAP developers and consultants.
  13. Display exceptional planning, organizational, project management, analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
