We are seeking for an experienced sales representative and product developer to maximize sales and profit of the assigned Enza Zaden customer base with the existing product portfolio and realizing product development from the Introduction phase on. This person will support the decision‑making process and successful introduction of new varieties. This is why you want to join us as a Sales Representative & Product developer As a Sales Representative and Product Developer, you maximize sales and profit with the existing product portfolio. You support the decision‑making process and the successful introduction of new varieties. You will be responsible for: Responsible for the budget, forecast, and pricing within the assigned group of customers and area of responsibility. Responsible for the development and maintenance of business relationships with customers. Responsible for the development of customer plans to ensure proper implementation and execution of the tactical plans. You provide reliable technical advice to customers to have our varieties successfully grown. You identify new promising experimental varieties from local screening and global Breeding. Support the introduction of new Enza Zaden varieties with technical support and clear positioning towards customers. Collect market and customer data and supply to the intelligence team. Focus on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting specific customer problems. You will participate in cross‑functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Other duties as required. What you bring as a future colleague: As a Sales Representative & Product Developer, you have a good understanding of how the industry works. You remain up to date about the developments and trends in the market. You are someone who takes initiative, recognizes opportunities, and has an organized method of working. The strong communication and leadership skills you bring help you to build solid relationships between all colleagues. You are a natural communicator and connector who can work independently but is also able to work in cross‑functional teams. Minimum of bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. Excellent sales skills (gains trust, establishes a business objective, identifies customer needs, explores solutions, develops action plans, and overcomes objections through negotiation). Professional, assertive, with clear communication skills (verbal and written). Strong skills in planning and organization, influencing/persuading and you have strong management skills.
