Through our Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) business line, we research, develop, and manufacture customized assays and biomaterials. Our Headquarters and Technology Centers are located in the US and Europe, and our workforce is more than 7,000 strong. The Sales Application Specialist (SAS) of ACDx will be responsible for sales, promotion, applications, customer trainings, demonstrations and technical support to the customers to guarantee the right performance of reagents, instruments and IT solutions in ACDx with Werfen solutions. The SAS ACDx will provide our customers with solutions that adapt to their changing needs, creating a relationship of trust that will bring value to our customers and the Company in the medium and long term. Achieve sales and commercial targets established by the Company. •Coordinate instrument installations interacting with the different departments involved (Logistics, Technical Service, Product Managers, ...) •Keep the training level of our user’s analyzers and reagents and manage the appropriate documentation. •Tender management (specification and profitability analysis, preparation of the necessary documentation, litigation support). •Provides first level (remote and/or on-site) of technical support to customer accounts regarding the products, applications and operations, assisting them with the integration of systems in their laboratories. •Networking/Key relationships • Technical Support Team (Field Service Engineer, Helpline, Service Area Manager) •Quality Assurance / Regulatory Affairs Comprehensive knowledge of Hemostasis or experience as a nurse or sales rep. Experience with viscoelastic testing devices (Rotem or TEG) will be considered an asset. •Experience in IVD industry is also desirableExperience in sales and/or marketing within the IVD will be considered. •Self-control, discipline and monitoring of guidelines. •Sales and influence skills. •
