The Digital Content Executive is a junior, execution-focused role supporting the monitoring, tracking, and production of digital and social media content. The role has a strong hands-on focus on short-form video, vlogs, and content editing across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.This position is well suited to an early-career candidate who is comfortable using social media platforms, enjoys content creation, and is keen to build experience in digital content operations and production. Digital Content Monitoring & Tracking- Monitor content activity across social platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok)- Track posting schedules, content status, and basic engagement metrics- Maintain simple content calendars, trackers, and asset lists- Support basic performance summaries and reporting2. Content Creation & Video Production Support- Support creation of short-form video, vlogs, and social content- Assist with filming during events, campaigns, or day-to-day activities- Edit basic video and visual content using tools such as mobile editing apps or standard software- Prepare content assets ready for posting or further adaptation3. Asset Management & Coordination- Organise and archive digital assets (video, images, clips)- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely content delivery- Support content needs across different markets when required Your skills and experience Essential: - English as a working language (spoken and written)- Practical experience using Instagram and TikTok- Experience creating or editing video content, vlogs, or short-form social content- Familiarity with basic editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, mobile editing apps)- Strong attention to detail and reliability Desirable:- Second language capability is a strong plus, particularly Mandarin Chinese and/or Spanish- Experience managing or supporting social media accounts (personal or professional)- Interest in aesthetics, beauty, lifestyle, or healthcare content Profile Fit This role is ideal for junior candidates or recent graduates who:- Are hands-on with social media and video content- Enjoy practical execution rather than strategy-setting- Are organised, dependable, and keen to learn- Want to develop a career in digital content and social media operations - This is not a senior or strategy-led digital role- This role does not include people management responsibilities- The role focuses on execution, tracking, and content production support.
