Job Description The Senior Business Enterprise Architect is responsible for understanding both business and IT aspects of a business domain and integrating them into a cohesive Enterprise Architecture. Develop a clear understanding of the AS – IS architecture, including all challenges faced. Analyze the company strategy and align it with the current architecture to define the desired future (TO – BE) state. Participate in global IT programs and project initiatives across various domains Deliverables Project Start Architectures (PSA) / Program Initiation Architectures (PIA) Risk and impact analysis IT Landscape roadmaps Reference Architectures Advisory reports with cost-benefit analyses A vision of (business) enterprise architecture at Atraidus One way of working for all enterprise architects Training material for architects and non-architects Top 6 Main Activities Participate in strategic projects where enterprise architecture is part of scope Maintaining various architecture domains (reference architectures) Develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture roadmaps (incl. reviews) Collaborate with stakeholders Manage architecture governance Participate to the professionalization of the enterprise architecture discipline Top 7 SFIA Skills Business and Enterprise Architecture (STPL - Level 6) Information Systems Coordination (ISCO) Innovation (INOV) Business Process Improvement (BPRE - Level 5) Strategic Planning (ITSP) Change Management (CHMG) Stakeholder Management (RLMT - Level 5) Mandatory Qualifications Master degree in business management or computer science 10+ years of relevant experience in (management) consulting, business or information/ application architecture Demonstrated proficiency in architecture modelling tools and frameworks (e.g. TOGAF/ArchiMate) Business domain specific design and/or change management experience in one of the business domains of Atradius What do we offer?
