Investment Analyst Intern - Buy -Side / Search Fund You will operate in a high-performance buy-side setting with full exposure to the Search Fund investment cycle in Iberia. You will work directly with the Founder across origination, research, valuation and deal execution, contributing to decisions with real capital at stake. Prepare high-quality investor presentations, analytical materials, and periodic reporting. § Deal Sourcing: Execute a proprietary direct-outreach program to engage business owners and manage brokered channels to identify high-potential acquisition opportunities. § Market & Company Research: Conduct rigorous industry and company assessments, including market sizing, competitive mapping, and commercial analysis. § Support all phases of the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, negotiation of documentation, and coordination of financing workstreams. § Contribute to the formulation of comprehensive business plans for acquisition targets and portfolio companies.
