Being a key player in our sales department, you will work closely with the sales team and play a vital role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're passionate about leadership, customer service and generating new business, we want to hear from you THE ROLE Cultivate positive relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring exceptional service. Collaborate with the State Sales Manager to maintain and improve sales strategies. Basic updating and record keeping using Microsoft 365 and CRM software. The ability to close sales and understand the mechanics required to do this through excellent sales negotiation. Participating in weekly sales meetings with your sales team. THE APPLICANT A proven sales and customer service professional looking to develop their sales and management skills. Well spoken and immaculately presented. Sales experience / Tele‑sales well regarded but not essential. Have or can obtain a Current Police Clearance. Full comprehensive training will be provided, as well as ongoing support from the Senior Management team to ensure your contribution allows the company to excel well beyond department KPI objectives and grow our winning team culture THE OFFER Casual contract with full time hours to commence (View to full time within 6 months).
