Role : This is a fully remote role open to freelance (autónomo) or contract-based professionals based in Spain . We are seeking a versatile Frontend Engineer , preferably with strong design skills , to support internal product development and R&D initiatives in close collaboration with the team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of independently managing tasks, generating innovative ideas, and proactively taking initiative, as we cultivate autonomy and personal freedom in our work environment. xohynlm Qualifications : Must-have: Strong experience with React , Tailwind CSS , and shadcn/ui Hands-on experience with Webflow (layouts, CMS, interactions) Solid experience working with Figma (design handoff, components, design systems) Good understanding of responsive design and UX/UI principles Fluent English for active participation in daily work and projects Doctoral or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Nice-to-haves: Experience with Next.js and/or LangChain Relevant professional certifications Familiarity with EU-funded projects Active contributions to open-source projects Proficiency in an additional European language , preferably German
