Social network you want to login/join with: Senior Data Scientist – (Freelance Contract) Location : On-site in Seville, Spain Contract Type : Freelance We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Qlik Sense scripting and data visualization to support the implementation of a long-term regulatory framework. This position plays a key role in transforming complex, multi-year data collection into actionable insights that inform evidence-based policymaking across industries, NGOs, and EU member states. You will collaborate with regulatory experts, IT professionals, and external stakeholders to build data workflows and visualizations that drive critical decisions. Key Responsibilities Data Collection Design and Optimization Reengineer an Excel-based questionnaire to improve stakeholder data collection, ensuring alignment with Qlik Sense and visualization objectives Provide structured input to development teams on the creation of web-based data collection tools Ensure seamless data integration for future reporting and analysis Data Analysis and Visualization Design and maintain advanced Qlik Sense dashboards tailored to regulatory requirements Leverage NPrinting for automated generation of PDF reports and summary visuals Translate complex data sets into intuitive, policy-ready insights Data Validation and Quality Assurance Lead iterative validation processes with stakeholders to resolve data inconsistencies Manage multiple rounds (up to 10+) of data refinement for accuracy and completeness Stakeholder Collaboration and Technical Leadership Work cross-functionally with internal teams, industry groups, and NGOs Provide expert guidance on data modeling, dashboard design, and best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in data analytics with a strong focus on Qlik Sense scripting and dashboard development Proficient with NPrinting for automated reporting workflows Solid foundation in data modeling, integration, and visualization principles Experience working on complex, multi-stakeholder data projects Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver data-driven insights to non-technical audiences Preferred Skills Familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks and multi-stakeholder coordination Experience guiding the design and development of web-based data collection tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
