¿Te apasiona ayudar a clientes y resolver retos técnicos? Buscamos un perfil de soporte con experiencia en Salesforce (ideal si cuentas con la certificación Salesforce Administrator ADM 201 ) para acompañar a nuestros clientes en el uso de nuestra plataforma EdTech y apoyar a otros equipos de la empresa. Tareas Dar soporte técnico de primer nivel a clientes B2B vía email, chat o videollamada. Ayudar con incidencias técnicas reportadas por nuestros estudiantes: datos faltantes, errores en la visualización del frontend, problemas con el correo electrónico y errores comunes de conexión o navegador. Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias relacionadas con la plataforma. Gestion y control del CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot). Documentar tickets e interacciones en Salesforce y Jira. Escalar casos complejos al equipo técnico cuando sea necesario. Contribuir a la creación de guías, tutoriales y documentación de soporte. Asegurar una comunicación clara y profesional con cada cliente. Dar soporte al equipo comercial, y otros departamentos como Finanzas, Marketing, Tecnología y, más frecuentemente, Experiencia del Cliente. Apoyo en la estrategia comercial: generacion de informes recurrentes, ad hoc, y uso de la herramienta de backoffice de la empresa. Requisitos Experiencia previa en atención al cliente o soporte técnico (B2B es un plus). Conocimientos sólidos de Salesforce . Buenas habilidades de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita. Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera estructurada y proactiva. Nivel alto de inglés y español. Deseable: Certificación Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) . Experiencia en el sector EdTech o SaaS. Conocimientos sólidos de Hubspot . Familiaridad con integraciones o herramientas de e-learning (LMS, APIs, etc.). Conocimiento básico de HTML, CSS o entornos técnicos similares. Conocimiento básico de SQL.
