We’re currently looking for a full-time 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include: Building Connections : Proactively reaching out to potential clients to grow our business. (Market mapping, cold calling, on-site meeting, participating to market events…) Closing Deals : Negotiating agreements and fostering long-term partnerships. Sourcing Talent: Conducting searches and selections of candidates, utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels. Driving Success : Taking ownership of your market sector and contributing to its dynamic growth. Hitting Targets : Setting ambitious goals and achieving them with support and resources at your disposal. Your profile? We’re seeking candidates with the following qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment, IT Sales or Business Development (ideally Saas or similar industry) Fluent French Good command of English A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals. Enthusiasm, ambition , and a strong motivation to grow and succeed. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. What we have to offer ?
