About The Role As a Store Supervisor at Ace Hardware Phils., Inc., you will play a vital role in driving the success of our retail operations in SM City Consolacion- Department Store. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and adherence to company policies and procedures. What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the activities of store associates to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Ensure the store is properly stocked, merchandised, and maintained to create an inviting shopping environment Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, optimise inventory, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth Provide leadership, coaching, and training to store associates to develop their skills and foster a positive team culture Collaborate with the management team to implement company initiatives and promote brand awareness What we're looking for Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably in the hardware or home improvement industry Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically Proficiency in inventory management and data analysis Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the store What we offer At Ace Hardware Phils., Inc.', we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
