 JOB DESCRIPTIONCommercial Lawyer in Palma years of experiencie - copyJOB DESCRIPTIONAt Cuatrecasas, we are looking for a lawyer with 7 - 8 years of experience in the Commercial - M&A area who wants to develop their professional career managing top-level matters and clients.  DUTIES  The person who joins will actively integrate into the team and collaborate and lead all types of advisory matters in the areas of corporate among others, in the following areas: Drafting and negotiation of all types of civil and commercial contracts, M&A operations, advising investment funds on investments in Spain, foreign financial entities in their operations in Spain, corporate restructuring operations at a national and international level (mergers, spin-offs, transnational relocations of domicile, etc.), capital increases and reductions, statutory modifications, remuneration policy and clauses, constitution and dissolution and liquidation of companies, acquisition of shares or social participations, dividend distributions, as well as handling of the legal secretariat of companies. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Experience of at least 7 years in the Commercial area in a top-level legal environment, with passion and commitment to the practice. High level of English, minimum Advanced. Valuable high level of German. An international profile in constant evolution and learning, capable of working in a flexible, collaborative, 3.0 and multidisciplinary environment.
