Join to apply for the Application Manager SAP BASIS (M/F/D) role at TK Elevator .1) ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the safe operation of the system.Definition of System Operations concept, operations procedures and documentation in system operation manuals in alignment with shared service / outsourcing provider.Responsible for KPI compliance with the systems and intervenes early in the event of non-compliance (compliance report).Responsible for the system maintenance concepts for updating the system components.Responsible for the safe execution of maintenance work and transition to regulated operation.Responsible for system security (compliance, SOS report, pen tests).Analysis, classification and correction of system malfunctions.Responsible for monitoring and operating processes to ensure systemic availability (monitoring concept, EWA analysis, SOS report analysis, etc.).Control and coordination of internal and external service providers in connection with support, operation and implementation activities, including specification, planning, testing and quality management, training and key user support.Driving escalation process for incident tickets and urgent business requirements with clear communication to the service owner.Coordination and participation in the introduction of new solutions in the SAP environment.Management of work packages for developing the future IT landscape.Leading technical projects in the implementation of transformation projects.Analysis and design of requirements regarding SAP Basis and SAP Solution Manager.Support application requirements from the OU business and collaborate with the Service Provider for implementation.Processing of user requirements and creation/evaluation of solution concepts.Support the requirements from audits regarding technically related activities.Analyze current innovations in SAP Basis and Solution Manager for applicability and feasibility.Create application roadmaps for specific functional areas (Basis and Solution Manager) in coordination with Solution Architect, Global AMS and other stakeholders.Strong cooperation with specialist departments in business and international IT departments.Support QA Manager in code reviews for performance analysis.Support Solution Architect and AMs in defining ERP strategy for the specific functional area based on project experience.Participation during rollouts (Post Go Live preparation and support).2) What We ExpectAcademic background: Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.Experience: At least 4 years in SAP Basis and System Operations; strong understanding of SAP Basis architecture and operations; in-depth knowledge of SAP Basis/NetWeaver (system operations and administration, transport management, ABAP development, etc.).Experience in defining technical system architecture and sizing; S/4HANA experience (administration or migration projects).Solid IT fundamentals (networks, client–server architecture).Familiarity with project management principles; (first experience as project or sub-project manager is a plus).Experience in international work environments.Ability to manage stakeholders in a multi-cultural global environment (matrix function beneficial).3) Personal skillsStrong presentation skills and confidence in dealing with executives.Proactive, flexible and independent working style; ability to perform tasks accurately in ambiguous situations.Team player with collaborative and pragmatic style; strong analytical and strategic skills.4) LanguagesFluency in English (written and spoken; upper-intermediate).5) What We OfferSecure job and salary – permanent contract in a technically exciting, stable and sustainable industry with an attractive compensation package.Social benefits and an attractive work calendar.Teamwork & safety – an open, transparent, and value-oriented culture.Individualized training plan from day one.TK Elevator fosters an open, transparent culture with regular feedback, training and space to contribute ideas.6) Additional informationManager level, position without grade, no direct staff responsibility, matrix-structured environment, travel required.Please, send your application in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
