In August 2024, we achieved Great Place to Work US Certification™ Job Overview We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (TikTok) to join our team. Responsibilities TikTok Ads campaigns launch and optimization. Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, AppsFlyer, internal CRM, and other tools. Channels scaling without CPA growth. Improve ROI and other key metrics. Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts, and creatives. Qualifications TikTok expert with at least 1 year of experience (TikTok certificate will be an additional advantage). Experience with automation in UA and AI tools would be perfect. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data. English is B2 or higher. Russian C1+ (must have). Benefits REMOTE opportunity to work full time. Vacation 28 calendar days per year. 7 wellness days per year that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave.
