Store Manager – Marbella | Puerto Banus Zoco Home is an interior brand blending Scandinavian design with handcrafted and natural aesthetics "Ethnic-Scandinavian design". At Zoco Home, we believe a store is more than a place to shop — it’s a space that tells a story. We are now looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Marbella store, someone who combines a strong commercial mindset with a deep appreciation for design, people, and operational excellence. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the Marbella store. You will lead by example, create an exceptional customer experience, and ensure the store reflects Zoco Home’s brand values. Lead, motivate, and develop the store team Drive sales performance and achieve targets Oversee visual merchandising to ensure brand consistency Manage inventory, stock levels, and operational routines Handle scheduling, training, and daily store administration Proven experience as a Store Manager (in lifestyle, interior, fashion, or premium retail) Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer experience Eye for design and visual merchandising Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus) Opportunity to work with a growing brand Location: Puerto Banus, Marbella
