Responsabilities Key operational responsibility of the broadcast team, including adherence to KPIs for the below priorities: Quality, Utilisation, Productivity, Sourcing. The Post-Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing, nurturing, and improving a high-quality post-production operation. Collaborate with accounts, project manager and client teams to ensure creative productions meet client expectations. Train, and manage all PostProduction production staff. Oversee budgeting, planning, and resource allocation of all projects. Ensuring producers and schedulers are working together to assign appropriate talent. Ensuring all production activities are on-time and on-budget. Act as the escalation point for post-production issues and implement positive conflict resolution techniques. Ensure efficient utilization and cross utilisation of resources and anticipate and plan solutions to potential challenges with staffing and resource availability across projects.
