Your Impact: Product Vision: Define and evolve the product strategy based on user needs, data, and business objectives. Prioritization: Translate vision into an actionable product roadmap, prioritizing features by impact, effort, and feasibility. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to deliver exceptional experiences. User-Centered Focus: Deeply understand user problems through feedback, research, and analytics to drive decisions. Continuous Delivery: Drive continuous delivery of product value in an agile, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Own and evolve the product roadmap, aligning with company vision and strategy. Identify opportunities for product improvement and growth through user research and data analysis. Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics. Coordinate and execute feature launches, including go-to-market plans and impact tracking. Align stakeholders and communicate product progress, changes, and decisions effectively. Monitor key product KPIs (engagement, retention, satisfaction, conversion) and propose experiments or improvements accordingly. Requirements: Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proven Experience: 4+ years in a Product Manager or similar role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced digital product environment. Product Thinking: Passion for solving user problems with scalable, elegant solutions. Strategic mindset and result-oriented approach. Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Google Analytics, etc. Excellent communication, storytelling, and synthesis skills. Self-driven with the ability to prioritize independently and make data-informed decisions. Nice to Have: Experience working in startups with +10M users Experience in consumer mobile apps (B2C). Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and familiarity with tools like Figma. Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
