Location: Candidates across Europe (option to relocate to Greece or work remotely within Europe). Language: Fluent English required; Greek highly desirable . Key Responsibilities Own the UX and UX writing of the healthcare platform, ensuring clarity, usability, and trust in every interaction. Translate insights from healthcare domain experts into actionable product requirements and specifications. Collaborate closely with UX Designers, UX Writers, Engineering, QA, and Technical Product Managers to ensure alignment across the product lifecycle. Manage stakeholders across the organization—aligning priorities, resolving conflicts, and maintaining clear communication with leadership, delivery teams, and external consultants. Ensure platform usability and accessibility for diverse user groups. Define and manage product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a focus on healthcare‑specific outcomes and objectives. Monitor delivery progress, risks, and dependencies in collaboration with project and engineering teams. Advocate for end‑user needs by working through domain experts, ensuring the platform is intuitive, compliant, and aligned with real‑world healthcare practices. Skills & Experience Proven track record as a Product Manager (5+ years), ideally within healthcare, health‑tech, or closely related regulated industries. Strong understanding of healthcare processes, terminology, and compliance considerations. Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management—balancing technical, business, and domain expert priorities. Experience driving UX and UX writing within complex platforms. Strong ability to manage cross‑functional teams and work across Product, UX, and Engineering. Excellent communication skills—able to collaborate effectively with both domain experts and internal teams. Fluency in English required; proficiency in Greek highly desirable. Degree in a relevant field (Business, Product Management, Healthcare Informatics, or similar) preferred. Location & Travel Role is open across Europe. Candidate can relocate to Greece or work remotely within Europe. Must be willing and able to travel regularly to Greece and occasionally to the UAE for workshops and stakeholder engagement.
