Global Finance Postgraduate Program (m/f/d) Join our two-year Global Finance Postgraduate Program and become part of a team that turns ideas into real impact. You’ll work as an integrated part of our Finance organization supporting Danfoss’ strategic priorities where you will get practical insights into our accounting processes and financial compliance. You will also be part of critical aspects of Business Controlling, such as Sales Controlling, R&D Controlling, and Segment/Division and Plant Controlling – while building your career across different parts of the world. From day one, you’ll be part of our Finance team, take on meaningful challenges, bring your perspective to complex problems, and help create smarter and more sustainable solutions. How The Program Works Starting 1st September, 2026, you’ll complete three 8-month rotations , each designed to broaden your experience and strengthen your leadership skills. Your journey starts at our headquarters in Nordborg or Graasten, Denmark , and continues in the USA, China, India, or Europe . You’ll work in cross‑functional teams – from office spaces to production floors – gaining a full picture of how finance impacts global business, innovation, and sustainability at Danfoss. After completing the program, you’ll be well prepared to take on future opportunities – potentially moving into a permanent role at Danfoss that aligns with your strengths, ambitions, and career path. What You’ll Be Doing Solving real business challenges across the Finance functions in both our business and corporate functions. Collaborating with experts, mentors, and peers from all over the world. Leading projects that make tangible improvements in performance and sustainability. What We’re Looking For Completed a Master’s degree within Finance, Accounting, or similar, with graduation in 2025 or 2026. Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken. Enjoy learning, exploring new ideas, and improving how things work. Work well across cultures and value inclusion, teamwork, and respect. Have some international experience, internship, or student project that shows your drive and curiosity.
