You will be part of the PMO area, acting as a key player in onboarding project governance, cost controlling and operational coordination. Your role will focus on controlling project, ensuring PMO processes are followed and coordinating PMO staff, with a strong exposure to numbers, data and reporting. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Control and monitor project budgets, costs and financial performance. Ensure PMO standards, methodologies and governance frameworks are properly applied. Coordinate and oversee PMO staff, ensuring onboarding processes and internal PMO workflows are followed. Track project KPIs, milestones and risks, providing structured visibility to stakeholders. Work closely with project managers, finance and business teams. Identify risks, deviations and opportunities for continuous improvement. Contribute to decision‑making through data analysis and dashboards. Skills and Experience Solid experience in a Senior PMO role, with strong focus on cost controlling. Experience coordinating PMO teams or supporting multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and data. Knowledge of data visualization tools, Power BI or similar. Fluent English (C1) and Spanish. Residence in. Structured, results‑oriented and highly detail‑focused profile.
