We are building a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system, creating a member‑centric experience with 35K+ companies, 1M users, and 770M+ ARR across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.Responsibilities Partner with the Marketing and Growth team to understand business objectives.Master all aspects of our brand guidelines and art direction.Deliver visually engaging assets across all touchpoints.Contribute to the growth of Brand Design by ensuring the quality of visual communication drives brand success.Hone design skills and stay current on industry knowledge, including generative AI.Act as a strategic advisor by understanding target audiences & market trends.Qualifications Minimum 3 years of design experience, preferably in a product company.Fluent in English.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere).
