As an AI , you will sit at the intersection of marketing strategy, automation, and artificial intelligence. This is a hybrid, high-impact role designed for a digital marketer with strong technical skills and a deep sensitivity for marketing. Your mission is to design, build, and evolve AI-driven marketing systems that scale content production, advertising performance, ICP evolution, and buyer persona intelligence—directly supporting growth, demand generation, and sales enablement. AI Marketing Strategy & Automation Design and implement end-to-end AI-powered marketing automation systems. AI-driven Content Automation Automate AI-based content generation, including: Videos Blog posts Define prompts, quality-control logic, and review workflows. Automate content distribution and publishing across digital channels. Performance analysis ICP & Buyer Persona Evolution Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from CRM, advertising platforms, and sales feedback. Automation Infrastructure & n8n Management Design, build, and maintain complex automation workflows using n8n . Integrate marketing tools, CRMs, advertising platforms, and AI services via APIs and webhooks. Monitor, optimize, and document automation systems for scalability and reliability. Ability to integrate AI and automation workflows directly into website components, landing pages, and marketing touchpoints to enable dynamic, AI-driven user experiences. Strong background in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing, or a software developer profile who has evolved into marketing and growth through AI, automation, and data-driven experimentation. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM and lifecycle marketing. Experience working in B2B SaaS or tech-driven environments is a strong plus. AI & Automation Expertise Proven hands-on experience using AI platforms and tools (LLMs, image/video generation, text-to-speech, etc.). Experience building AI-powered systems for content generation, personalization, and analysis. Ability to evaluate, test, and integrate new AI tools quickly. Understanding of AI limitations, hallucinations, and quality-control mechanisms. Automation & Integration Skills Experience with other automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar tools. Ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant automation architectures. Strong analytical mindset to debug, optimize, and document automation systems. Basic to intermediate proficiency in JavaScript . Python (for scripting, data processing, AI workflows) PHP (for integrations or CMS-related use cases) Comfortable working with REST APIs, JSON, authentication flows, and webhooks. Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub) is a plus. Experience building and maintaining website components and marketing pages, with the ability to connect front-end elements to automation workflows, APIs, and AI services. Data, Analytics & Experimentation Strong data-driven mindset with experience in: Campaign performance analysis Experiment design and A/B testing Ability to turn data into insights and actionable automation logic. Familiarity with CRM data models and marketing attribution concepts. High level of curiosity and continuous learning, especially around AI and automation. Strong experimentation mindset: test → learn → iterate → scale. Lead digital growth strategies in a company poised for global expansion. Gross salary ranging from €30,000 to €40,000/year, with performance-based adjustments. Employees working from the Barcelona office must spend 1 full week at the San Vito dei Normanni (Italy) office every 2 months (i.e., Expenses: 100% of travel and accommodation expenses are reimbursed by Spoki.
