Nuestra planta de Martos es una de las mayores dentro de nuestro Grupo de Sistemas de Visibilidad encargado del desarrollo y fabricación de Productos de Iluminación y Electrónica, con alrededor de 3.000 empleados. Desde las últimas tecnologías de iluminación adaptativa hasta soluciones intuitivas de iluminación interior, pasando por una iluminación exterior elegante y centrada en el diseño, Valeo innova constantemente para mejorar el confort y la seguridad tanto de los conductores como de los pasajeros.
Misión:
Garantizar los objetivos de rendimiento del Proyecto (Calidad, Coste, Rentabilidad, Entrega y Plazos) en la gestión de los Proyectos. Asegurar la coordinación del Proyecto o Sistema para lograr el lanzamiento de todos los proyectos de acuerdo con las expectativas de Valeo y del Cliente.
¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
- Gestionar operativa y funcionalmente los Proyectos que se le asignen.
- Gestionar Proyectos OEM/OES (Componente, Sistema con componentes tecnológicos conocidos, ...)
- Es responsable de la consecución de los KPI del Proyecto en términos de rentabilidad (tanto de producto/desarrollo como de Payback de la Actividad de Desarrollo y Margen Extendido), Calidad y Preparación de la Producción.
- Asegurar los recursos del Proyecto y controlarlos.
- Resolver todos los problemas del proyecto que requieran cualquier tipo de apoyo de todas las funciones adecuadas a través de la Escalada del Proyecto.
- Definir y gestionar su presupuesto, incluido el presupuesto de los proyectos que forman parte de su proyecto/sistema.
- Gestionar las relaciones con los clientes (locales y centrales) y coordinar la comunicación dentro de su equipo, así como con los proyectos P2/P1 asociados.
¿Qué competencias y experiencia buscamos?
- Licenciado en Ingeniería/Máster en Electrónica o Telecomunicaciones.
- Habilidades personales para gestionar la organización funcional.
- Conocimientos financieros sobre estructura de costes de producto, pay back, ...
- Conocimiento y práctica del proceso de desarrollo de productos (5/7 años).
- Experiencia exitosa en la función de desarrollo de proyectos P0/P1 (2/3 años).
- Experiencia en otras funciones de desarrollo (Calidad, Procesos, Ventas, Compras), dos como mínimo.
