If you’re ready to create excellence with us, you’ll be appreciated and rewarded.What You Will DoCollect and formalize design requirements and technical definition elements, deploying them to validation teams.Establish and manage the validation plan schedule for functional and dysfunctional systems according to project milestones.Validate technical documentation (DED/DFS) and control validation logic across system components.Manage safety functionalities activities, ensuring risk analysis and compliance with safety standards.Define needs for test engines, vehicles, and parts, contributing to technical documentation and quality checks.Organize regular meetings with validation teams, experts, and project stakeholders.Prepare milestone reports and end‑of‑project synthesis, including future serial evolutions.Ensure reporting to management and cross‑functional teams.What We’re Looking ForA proven track record in system validation and powertrain tuning (minimum 4 years of experience).Engineering degree (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering).Excellent skills in project management and technical analysis.Strong competencies in problem‑solving and communication, with a collaborative approach.Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be highly valued.Equal opportunities employerAt Horse Technologies, we are committed to equal opportunities and select individuals based on their skills and qualifications.
