Responsable de Contrato / Director de Contrato / Sevilla Todas las habilidades, cualificaciones y experiencia relevantes que necesitará un candidato seleccionado se enumeran en la siguiente descripción. "Responsable de Contrato – Mantenimiento de infraestructuras de Agua". ¿Quieres liderar un contrato estratégico en una empresa con más de 35 años de experiencia en el sector, altamente tecnificada y con una clara visión de futuro?Buscamos un Responsable de Contrato / Director de Contrato para dirigir las operaciones de reparación de averías y mantenimiento preventivo de infraestructuras de producción de una empresa de explotación de aguas (presas, conducciones, estaciones de bombeo, plantas de tratamiento y depuración). Lo que harás • Liderarás la planificación, coordinación y ejecución de los trabajos de mantenimiento (correctivo y preventivo). • Serás el interlocutor principal con la empresa explotadora, garantizando calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento de plazos. • Coordinarás equipos multidisciplinares y gestionarás subcontratas. • Supervisarás documentación técnica, informes y pequeños proyectos de mejora. • Gestionarás emergencias y actuaciones críticas, con capacidad de respuesta. Qué buscamos en ti • Titulación mínima: Ingeniero Técnico de Obras Públicas o Arquitecto Técnico (se valorarán titulaciones superiores vinculadas al ámbito de las infraestructuras). • Experiencia acreditada en al menos dos contratos o proyectos de similar naturaleza en los últimos 10 años (obligatorio). • Conocimiento actualizado en normativa de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente. • Habilidades de liderazgo, resolución de incidencias y comunicación con organismos públicos y privados. • Valorable: formación en PRL.
