About UEX.US UEX.US is a fast-growing crypto exchange focused on accessibility, speed, and product depth. We offer crypto trading, fiat on/off ramps, savings APYs, loans, and more. We are scaling aggressively and need a social media operator who can keep our channels active, sharp, and competitive. Role Overview We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can produce and publish large volumes of high-quality content daily across our social platforms. The ideal candidate understands crypto culture, uses AI tools for production, and knows how to create posts that drive engagement and conversions. You will work directly with the Marketing Team Lead, as well as our Graphic Designer and Video/Motion Designerto execute content plans, campaigns, and daily publishing. Your role is content creation + posting at high speed — not doing everything alone. Key Responsibilities Publish 10–30 content pieces daily across platforms (X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, Reddit) Produce content using AI and creative tools Collaborate with the Marketing Team Lead on strategy, campaign plans, content calendars, and promos Work with our Graphic Designer and Video/Motion Designer to generate branded visuals and animations Repurpose long-form content into short clips and social highlights Design quick-format visuals yourself when needed (memes, screenshots, UI snippets, simple charts) Write captions, hooks, CTAs, and tagging strategies Monitor crypto narratives, trends, memes, news, and react in real time Track performance metrics and optimize for engagement and growth Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms Maintain and update content scheduling systems Example Content Types Crypto news & commentary Product promos (APY boosts, listings, features) Short-form educational content (APY, staking, collateral, trading, etc.) Memes and reactive content Community updates UI screenshots + snippets Carousel posts Short vertical videos (Reels / TikTok / Shorts) Required Skills Strong short-form copywriting skills Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Leonardo, Runway, etc.) Basic design and editing skills Understanding of crypto/fintech language and culture Familiar with X, TikTok, IG, Threads, Discord, Telegram environments Fast production mindset — able to post at volume Good communication skills with ability to follow strategic direction Preferred Experience Experience managing crypto, fintech, or finance social accounts Understanding growth mechanics for TikTok/Reels Familiar with Reddit posting culture Ability to build threads/carousels with educational value Tools You May Use (Not mandatory, but helpful) AI Copy/Research: ChatGPT, Claude AI Images: Midjourney, Leonardo, Ideogram Video Editing: CapCut, Runway, Descript Design: Canva, Figma Scheduling: Publer, Hootsuite, Buffer Analytics: Native Platform Analytics, Shield Performance Indicators Posting volume + consistency Platform growth across accounts Engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, CTR) Responsiveness to trends and market narratives Conversion support during campaigns Speed of execution Compensation $1,500–$2,500 per month depending on experience and performance Performance-based bonuses Growth opportunities available
