In this role, you will maintain the integrity of our tracking tools and drive efficiency across our international markets.Your mission:- Data Architecture: Build, maintain, and optimize internal tracking systems using Excel, Google Sheets, and Airtable.- Performance Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, creating dashboards that support strategic decision-making.- Process Improvement: Audit current workflows to spot bottlenecks and implement smoother, more efficient processes.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, HR, Clinical, and Legal teams to ensure data alignment across the business.- Tool Implementation: Assist in the rollout of new operational tools across our global markets.You’ll be great in this role if:- You love working with data and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)- You’re detail-oriented and organised- You’re a fast learner and not afraid of staying in a dynamic environment.- You enjoy solving problems and making things more efficient- You can write and speak in English clearly (working language)- You want to grow in operations, data, or business support rolesBonus if you have:- Experience in healthcare, tech or scale-up environments- Knowledge of another European languageWhy Join Us:- Annual fixed salary: range between EUR 20.000 and 25.000- Modern, well-equipped offices with high-end technology.- Special benefits and discounts on company services and products.- Free Gym inside our offices.- Comprehensive training programs for professional growth.- Dedicated support team to assist with administrative and operational tasks.- Dynamic, fast-paced environment offering impressive career development opportunities.At Impress, we foster a culture of inclusion and diversity.
