This position is available across Spain and offers a great work-life balance. Leap We are waiting for you What do you do? Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for components built by the local development team. Build and test backend data services and REST APIs, ensuring high reliability and performance. Write moderately complex automated test code to validate system functionality and integration. Inject expertise on test case reusability and design best practices across the QA team. Clearly define, document, and communicate defects, assisting developers in their resolution. Identify common application behaviors and translate them into robust automated test cases. Drive the adoption of unit, integration, and system testing, code coverage metrics, and quality improvement initiatives. Contribute to performance and load testing (using tools like K6 when appropriate) to strengthen our existing automation frameworks. RequirementsWhat We're Looking For? BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in Quality Assurance. Minimum 3 years of experience in a software QA role, including at least 1 year in test automation. 2+ years of experience in automated testing using Java or Strong experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Protractor, Cucumber (JS/JVM), or Cypress. Proven experience testing RESTful API environments. Comfortable working within an Agile/Scrum team environment. Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and cloud deployment (AWS). Solid understanding of the AWS service stack (e.g., Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB, API Gateway, PostgreSQL). Advanced English level - both written and spoken.
