Tu misión en pocas palabras

El Process Engineer será responsable de liderar e impulsar proyectos de mejora continua utilizando metodologías Lean, con el objetivo de optimizar los procesos productivos, reducir defectos y mejorar la eficiencia en la planta. Además, será un actor clave en la identificación y resolución de oportunidades de mejora, garantizando la eficacia en la ejecución de proyectos y la sostenibilidad de los resultados.

¿Cómo sería tu día a día?

  • Implantar estándares y procedimientos para nuevas maquinarias y líneas de producción.
  • Analizar y poner en marcha mejoras en los procesos de trabajo.
  • Realizar análisis de procesos para identificar y reducir mermas en planta.
  • Elaborar e implantar procedimientos e instrucciones de producción.
  • Gestionar ideas de mejora y pilotar proyectos Kaizen que aporten valor a las operaciones.
  • Realizar el seguimiento y la implantación de proyectos de 5S, liderando equipos de trabajo para su ejecución y mejora.

El Baker que buscamos

  • Formación académica: Ingeniería Industrial u Organización Industrial (valorado máster en Lean Manufacturing).
  • Idiomas: Castellano nativo y catalán valorable.
  • Experiencia: 2-3 años en ingeniería de procesos, idealmente en entornos de producción continua y en Lean Manufacturing.
  • Habilidades: Alta capacidad analítica, autonomía, liderazgo en la implementación de proyectos, y excelentes habilidades de comunicación para impulsar cambios y gestionar equipos.
