Programmatic Media Manager Junior Madrid Contrato indefinido 26k Euros brutos / año Barcelona o Madrid Estudio34 a Good Rebels Company 2025 En Estudio34 , compañía especializada en Performance Marketing del grupo Good Rebels , estamos buscando un Programmatic Specialist en Barcelona o Madrid para unirse a nuestro equipo. Buscamos un perfil con experiencia en compra programática a través de DV360 y otros DSPs, así como en la creación y gestión de deals con publishers y proveedores externos, con ganas de seguir creciendo en un entorno innovador y colaborativo. Si dominas la gestión de campañas programáticas, te apasionan los datos y la optimización, y disfrutas trabajando en equipo para maximizar resultados, queremos conocerte. Responsabilidades: Planificar, gestionar, optimizar y escalar campañas programáticas en DV360 y otros DSPs. Crear, negociar y activar deals privados (PMPs) con publishers y proveedores externos. Traficar campañas y creatividades en Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) , asegurando una configuración óptima de tracking y targeting. Analizar y comparar resultados en base a distintos modelos de atribución en CM360 . Colaborar con equipos internos (creatividad, analítica, SEO, CRO) para garantizar la alineación estratégica de las campañas. Gestionar presupuestos asegurando la eficiencia del gasto y el cumplimiento de KPIs. Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias, formatos y tecnologías en publicidad programática. Apoyar puntualmente en campañas de Paid Search y Paid Social, aunque no sea el foco principal del rol. Requisitos: 2-3 años de experiencia gestionando campañas en DV360, Amazon, Adform y otros DSPs. Experiencia en creación y optimización de deals privados con publishers . Conocimiento sólido de Campaign Manager 360 y análisis de modelos de atribución. Capacidad para analizar datos y extraer insights accionables. Buen nivel de inglés. Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. Proactividad, pensamiento analítico y orientación a resultados.
