About us: El Sauceral is a traditional agricultural estate located 70km south of Madrid, near Toledo, nestled in the idyllic countryside of Castilla La Mancha. The estate produces high-quality wine and first-class olive oil. In addition, an exclusive hunting-lodge is part of the business. We are looking for a committed, competent and complementary couple  with strong entrepreneurial spirit  for the comprehensive management of our estate in the role of General Management (m/f/d)Agricultural Estate / Hunting Lodge Tasks: Man‘s tasks: Overall responsibility for a proper management of the estate in close coordination with the owner Personnel management and development: Leading a team of agricultural professionals, household and hunting personnel Training and supervision of employees to ensure quality and efficiency Organization and monitoring of maintenance work as well as external service providers Budget responsibility: planning, cost management, increasing efficiency without compromising on service and quality Procurement and price negotiations Ensuring smooth operation in all areas (viticulture, olive oil production, hunting) Communication with the owner and business partners Woman’s tasks : Management of the estate office Taking care of the bookings Management and organization of the household and the lodge (housekeeping and guest services) Responsible for the garden, an environmentally friendly green oasis, around the estate Profile: Man‘s profile: Several years of experience in managing a farm or comparable property Ideally, knowledge of viticulture, olive oil production and hunting operations Strong leadership skills and experience in employee development and training A high level of organizational strength, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking Strong negotiation skills to achieve cost efficiency without compromising on quality Practical skills and experience in coordination, executing and supervising repair and maintenance work Fluent in Spanish and English (another foreign language is an advantage) High level of commitment, flexibility, and willingness to live permanently on the estate Woman’s profile: Several years of experience in a comparable position (managing of an upscale farm or comparable property) Completed training in the hotel industry and tourism Knowledge of bookkeeping and office-management Fluent in Spanish and English (another foreign language is an advantage) Leadership experience as well as competence in employee development and training Organizational strength, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking We offer: A responsible and varied role with room for initiative An exceptional working environment surrounded by a privileged natural landscape A long-term and responsible position at an unique estate An attractive remuneration package A charming residence on the manor estate Application :If you are a couple looking for a new challenge in a special environment and you have the passion for agriculture, nature and hunting, we are looking forward to receiving your applications.
