INTEGRATION ARCHITECT: responsible for the planning, coordination, development, and supervision of all activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third‑party solutions to meet the business requirements of HORSE’s IS‑IT Middleware Architecture. This includes developing and maintaining an integration strategy and management framework, establishing integration quality standards, overseeing the API lifecycle and security, and ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. The integration focus is on connecting on‑premises and cloud‑based software applications such as ERP (SAP), Dassault and Industry Systems, and other systems. The successful candidate will develop and maintain an application integration architecture blueprint, provide strong technical, analytical, and project management leadership, and support the digital transformation of the company as a strategic partner reporting to the HORSE Global Architect Data Director. Provide support to the planning, design, and delivery of solutions services with consistency and excellence Allow the different business departments of the company to securely access this data Ensure control of the APIs life cycle Ensure a permanent watch on technological developments and the state of the art in this field Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the Integration Architecture Proactively research IT enterprise architecture best practices and methodologies Participate in the life cycle planning of existing IT assets Proven work experience as an Integration Architect or similar role, with a strong technical background in various IT technologies, including data acquisition, storage, processing, and consumption patterns in operational and analytical domains Strong experience on major ERPs (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft) with extensive experience rolling them out Strong experience working in complex multi‑country, multi‑cultural, matrix environments Excellent technical, analytical and project management skills to manage large‑scale IT projects excellent communication abilities to effectively communicate the IT architecture integration strategy and plans to stakeholders and IT team members Strong problem‑solving skills to identify and manage IT architecture risks and issues Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to data IT systems
