Marbella, Spain | Hybrid Who we are At InnovaLiving, we guide international investors and discerning buyers through the real estate market on the Costa del Sol, combining legal, tax, and property advisory with a clear, transparent, and human approach. We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to join our team initially on a 3-month paid trial, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. You will support our communication strategy across video, photography, and digital channels, and if the collaboration goes well, you may take on broader responsibilities in overall communications. If you love storytelling, filming, editing, and building a strong brand presence, this opportunity is for you. What will you do day-to-day? Plan, film, and produce video content for our different channels (focusing on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and our website). Edit videos using tools such as CapCut or similar (short- and long-form). Capture photos and videos with suitable equipment (stabilizer, mic, etc.). Write captions and create storytelling content. Organize and manage content using Notion or similar tools. Support brand development and communication initiatives. What we're looking for Studies or background in Communication or Marketing. Experience in content creation (from filming to editing). Ability to work autonomously and creatively in a dynamic environment. Comfortable creating content from scratch, including basic filming setups. Fluent in English; additional languages a plus. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. Extra points if you have… Photography skills or experience shooting real estate, lifestyle, or brand visuals. Familiarity with Notion, social media scheduling tools, or content planning systems. Experience in building content strategies across multiple platforms.
